If something isn’t behaving as expected, please try:
- Refresh the Google Doc.
- Reopen Lyric Lab.
- Confirm that the lyric you want to work with is correctly selected or tracked.
- Try the action again.
- If the problem remains, send the details below.

Please include, when possible:
- What you were trying to do
- Which Lyric Lab feature you were using
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- The exact error message, if one appeared
- A screenshot if it helps explain the issue
Please do not send an entire private song unless you are comfortable sharing it.
Usually a screenshot, error message, or small relevant lyric excerpt is enough to troubleshoot a problem.
